What sizes do you have?
1,000 square foot units (20 by 50 feet) starting at $750 a month and 1,500 square foot units (25 by 60 feet) starting at $1,150 a month. Side-by-side units can be combined if you need more room.
How long is a lease?
As short as three months or as long as three years. We keep the paperwork simple and you can sign online.
Is there power, sewer and water?
Yes. Every unit has sewer and water accessible, and three-phase power is available for heavy equipment.
What does the rent cover?
Property taxes, trash service, exterior landscaping, exterior pest control and site management. You pay only your own water and electric.
