A 38 foot motorhome fits in our 1,000 square foot units, which are 50 feet deep inside, with floor left over behind it.
Need room for the jet skis, the golf cart or the trailer too? Our 1,500 square foot units are 25 by 60 feet, enough for the motorhome plus the toys.

A 38 foot motorhome fits in our 1,000 square foot units, which are 50 feet deep. The door opening is 12 feet wide and 14 feet tall. Measure your rig’s height including roof units before you come.
Can I store my RV outside?
No. Everything stays inside your unit, which keeps the park clean and the lot open for everyone.
Can I keep other toys in the unit too?
Yes. Jet skis, golf carts, trailers and gear can share the unit. The 1,500 square foot units give you the most room.
Can I work on my own RV?
Yes, you can work on your own vehicles. Repair shops open to the public are not allowed.
How long is a lease?
As short as three months or as long as three years. We keep the paperwork simple and you can sign online.
Is there power?
Three-phase power is available, and sewer and water are accessible in every unit.
